[Tagging] Resubmitted proposal: mechanically removing all denotation=cluster and fixme=set_better_denotation tags worldwide

The mechanical edit has completed.

If you have a favorite landmark tree in your area, consider checking the
tagging.
A number of those were tagged denotation=cluster and historic=yes, tags
with essentially opposite meaning.
