[Tagging] man_made=apiary or ?

Hi, 

first post on the tagging list so I'll try to be short. 

Apiary
tagging is still "in limbo" - and has been so for some years now as I can
see from the talk.

How can
I get this subject moving again for a vote, or get more people involved as
to decide the best practice?
