[Tagging] "Pet Relief Areas"

>From my experience, rest areas along the US Interstate Highway system (motorways in OSM terms) usually have a designated area for this, generally on the opposite side of the parking lot from the building holding human restrooms, so that there is a reduced risk of stepping in a pet dropping for the general public.
