I'm quite happy for all the information to be on the map when all the
information is on the map. If the full detail is not there then we need to
ensure the more important data is on first - so we don't end up with a
staff entrance marked on before the public entrance.

I wonder if OSM has generated any legal clauses yet ? So the heating
engineer has to sign an agreement not to put the layout of the boilerhouse
on OSM before they're allowed to carry out the work !
