Big?
Height over, say, 5 metres? Use the height= tag.
Width/length over, say, 10 metres? Use the appropriate tag.
{There is no diameter tag? Could be usefull for pipelines and fountains
and silos and etc..}
Number of nozzles? This is a single nozzle .. capable of reaching 147
meters height ... small?

If you must tag nozzles of fountains then fountain=nozzle ... rather
than amenity=nozzle ?
