This point is well understandable but I disagree to say that landscape
is *more* important than anything else regarding power lines mapping.
Tagging isn't the right tool to say what is important or what isn't.

It is true that a part of the community only consider them for
orientation but other people can use that piece of data differently.
Both landscape and network approach are valuable and I don't see the
point behind using the global power key to deal with a particular
property.

A "minor line" in landscape (or even underground) can be major from
another point of view.
