[Tagging] How to tag traffic islands ?

Sorry, I am confused by these terms.
What is a "center two-way turn lane " or a "center common bi-directional turn lane"
Do you have a picture ?

I completely forgot about the center common bi-directional turn lane. Tons of them in the US, never seen one in Japan yet.
That's not what I'm referring to in this case. A center two-way turn lane would be lanes:both_ways=1 (occasionally I've seen 2), turn:lanes:both_ways=left
