[Tagging] amenity=bicycle_repair_station

bicycle=yes
iceskates=yes
locked=yes
opening_hours=during games.

I only know of one for iceskates though, can I can't remember why it
wasn't made a generic tag, the current tag is  a bit like
subway_entrance vs entrance.
