-1 Communities do 'feel' sympathy.
Organisations such as 'Red Cross' and 'Red Crescent' are the result of
people forming communities that are expressions of that sympathy.

Expressions of sympathy are better placed in other organisations that
can better utilise it.
By Monday there may be requests for donations by these organisations,
support them.
