 From the above I take it that it is intended for bicycles only. Are the 
others banded?
If not banded than I would see no reason to place a tag=no .. I would 
rather leave the other tags off. Show the intent, while leaving the 
others unspecified.
Yes you may have intended the example to demonstrate other types of tool 
stations, but to be clear?
