[Tagging] large roof garden

How does one correctly map a roof garden (or better: roof park) like this:

It's on top of a shopping centre/garages construction. There are even
appartment blocks "in" the roof top park. At present it's tagged as
building, nothing more.
You can clearly see the extension by observing the ventilation and/or light
openings on the satellite photos.
Incidentally there is another one just to the north of this one that is not
tagged at all.
