[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Voting - indoormark=beacon

Dear all

The voting process regarding indoormark tag proposal will end tomorrow and
there are only 5 votes

As you might know, we are proposing how to tag indoor beacons to be used in
mobile applications for location and navigation within a building.
