[Tagging] Feature Proposal - Voting - shop=boat (supersedes shop=marine, shop=*chandler, etc)

Hi!

So after reviewing the discussion regarding shop=marine that I brought
forward here, I have made a new proposal on the wiki to merge all those
tags together under the shop=boat tag.

The rationale behind reusing the boat tag is that it is already the most
popular tag, and that there's a plethora of Marine-specific sub-tags
that can clarify what the shop can and cannot do. In particular, there
is already a seamark:small_craft_facility:category=chandler tag that
covers the peculiar use case I was bringing forward.

Yet shop=boat itself was never formally proposed or discussed here, as
far as I know.

To, hopefully, resolve this in the long term, I am therefore bringing up
a vote to make shop=boat the proper tag to designate both boat selling
outlets and boat supplies providers. It would cover shop=marine,
shop=chandler and shop=ship_chandler which would become deprecated and
merged with shop=boat. The shop=boat wiki page would be expanded to
cover those use cases of course.
