[Tagging] do aerodromes need a relation?

Often aerodrome as areas get added without removing the older node.
IMHO an aerodrome as area/multipolygon is a more detailed way of
tagging an aerodrome. With the rule "one feature = one OSM element"
either the node or the area should be deleted.

About your proposed use of a relation with a label as node: This is
strongly opposed by map style editors and the "label" role was removed
by me from the (proposed) site relation because of this.

About Munich: The duplicated node
(https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4089995869) was added recently by
mihaii_telenav and will be removed. I already removed it on Stuttgart
airport.
