[Tagging] Which access tag for school buses?

Slightly less generic but applicable to school buses in general...is it
conceivable that it's limited to buses of a specific operator?  A fairly
common turn restriction here is by operator; some schools have driveways
indicating NO LEFT TURN EXCEPT TPS BUS, and many streets have
(blackout/autofoldup) signs indicating NO LEFT TURN EXCEPT MTTA BUS.
