[Tagging] subway_entrance

Hi all,

I'm wondering about tagging for subway_entrances. I've seen "steps=yes" on
some.

In my view, it would make sense the label subway_entrances e.g. as follows:

wheelchair=yes
steps=yes
conveying=yes

indicating that the entrance ("conceptually" offers these features). Do you
agree?

I've also see people use "ref=123" to indicate the exist number (where
available). There seems to be some discussion as to whether this is
"correct", but in practice it seems to be used (e.g. in London).

Thanks!
Bjoern
