is this from the OSM wiki or from wikipedia? The wikipedia article seems
citing/adding a lot of "requirements" from specific city projects (like San
Francisco), that might not be wanted in a "generic" tag (if we are to add a
specific tag for something like this). Also, there are some contradictions
within the same article, e.g. this one doesn't satisfy the requirement to
be on the street (it is on the pavement):
