[Tagging] Pedibus / Walking bus routes

I'm also interested in this. In Italy it's called Piedibus.
I agree with route=walking_bus for the relation.
About the stops, with the public_transport schema seems to me we just
need a dedicated attribute to set for public_transport=stop_position
(walking_bus=yes?).
