yes, these are not necessarily associated with driving schools, they're also for experienced drivers to learn to deal with slippery road conditions and emergency braking / obstacle avoiding (German term: Fahrsicherheitstraining gives 2 hits in Austria, one tagged as industrial landuse, the other as commercial landuse, i.e. both apparently mistagged:
