[Tagging] Help required on tagging a "wadi"

Be careful. Imagine the wadi or intermittent stream floods suddenly. If you
know that you can think with two ways (track and stream) you can use the
track...but the reality may be different and can be flooded by the
"intermittent water".To avoid this I would tag in the same line ,also I
would add the tag ford=yes, because instead is not a ford itselfs it has
the same conditions.
