[Tagging] railway=level_crossing with in-street trams?

In the case of railway infrastructure (tram lines) those are often mapped
on their actual position (i.e. in a standard case of no oneway and the tram
sharing space with the vehicles on the road, you still would have one way
for each direction / rail), for example here:
