[Tagging] Restaurant that doesn't sell alcohol...

I looked to see if 'byob' had been used but abbreviations just lead to 
confusion.
althio's suggestion below seems appropriate. Unless another more 
appropriate tag is suggested I'll use that & add it to the wiki.
