Hi,
how about building=shed + building:material=steel? If you look at what 
Wikipedia says about sheds, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shed, they 
come in various shapes and sizes.

As for the round shape, I guess you could use building:levels=0 + 
roof:levels=1 + roof:shape=round, and roof:direction as appropriate: 
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:roof:direction. In this case you 
would probably also want to use roof:material=steel instead of 
building:material=steel. This is just a wild guess though - I'm pretty 
sure the building:levels and roof:levels aren't intended to be used this 
way.
