[Tagging] office=therapist??

Looking through the current list of documented office values I came across so that really sound odd to me, e.g.
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag%3Aoffice%3Dtherapist

wouldn't this be much better suited for the amenity tag?
