[Tagging] Fire hydrants vs suction_point

Just one more thing:

Dry and wet barrel hydrants are both pillar type hydrants.

What about tagging both as fire_hydrant:type=pillar
and something like
pillar:type=dry_barrel|wet_barrel

So the people who are just interested in the type of hydrants (underground, wall, pillar...) can evaluate fh:type tag. When somebody wants to know it in more detail he can check for pillar:type.
