[Tagging] support and advertising:support : question on wiki edition

Hello

Thank you for your response. I can do as you indicate.

But my question was really to know if it is possible, as far as the OSM 
wiki edition is concerned, to have a Template page which is in 
'proposed' state ? If somebody knows ? Or is somebody knows an example 
of that ?
