O really, which case applies ?

  * changes made by Bots <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Bot>,
    which by definition act autonomously from human intervention.
  * data imports <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import>, including
    both fully automated imports and ones where a standard editor is used;
  * other scripted changes made to the database;
  * [...]  changing without reviewing cases individually
