[Tagging] rail routes and stations (rail question 1)

It seems that I didn't realize that this was finalized, even though I was involved in the discussion.

Sorry for the misunderstanding! 

I'm really glad that the wiki has also been updated - I should have checked it first. 

I hope that the other "missing" landuses can be clarified or resolved in a similar manner.
