+1, these cases should all be addressed and differentiated. Additionally it could be needed to separately address letters and parcels. The proposals I have seen so far didn't solve this in any way, they didn't even describe a subset of these, but rather proposed simply a new word/tag without sufficiently defining or differentiating it.
