Does motorcar=no imply 'no' for all multi-track motor vehicles?
motor_vehicle=no + mofa=yes seems to be more clear.

(I've added mofa=yes but didn't mention it in the email because, as
far as I know, this road sign means 'no motor vehicles' in most
countries.)
