[Tagging] Mapping metro interchanges

I'm not too much into this, I just wanted you to know, that Warsaw metro 
interchange (which I was asking about lately) has been retagged as just 
one station by someone. I've talked to him in this changeset discussion:

Unfortunately it's in Polish and I hope he will discuss his reasons 
here, but the main point is that on the railway stations we don't add 
station tag to all the platforms - the station is something more general.
