it’s in osm as a museum: http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/252953373#map=17/52.51253/13.33699&layers=N

seeing these features as “street furniture” is just one possibility to look at it, in OSM we have developed a different scheme and there’s no point in changing it for anything but a very strong reason (i.e. if it didn’t work).
