[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - (Extensions for concrete building material)

Hi,

Proposed building:material:concrete values aren't actual material but how
facades are built.
building:material should be used to precise which type of material is used
only. A structure=* key is intended to give more information about...
structure (what a surprise).

Additionnaly, I think that building:material definition is akward and can
be confusing since it only regards facades.
Internal building structure aren't often available for domestic housing,
but can be found for biggest skyscrappers.
Then, building:material should be kept for internal material and
facade:material may be used for facades like roof:material. Then
building:structure, roof:structure, facade:structure...

I know it's a big change compared to the keys usage and the discussed
proposal here. But I don't see any tagging consistency for now.

All the best
