actually sales is the plural of the noun "sale". Why would you use the plural in this context? Especially as it typically means "a period during which a shop or dealer sells goods at reduced prices."

I agree that the word "sells" is better  for use as a tag, a verb is ok for a property, a plural noun less so, and even less as it's highly ambiguous in this case.
