Yes to adding the data.

While purists will want the exact location, those using the map now will 
want that indication  even if the location is off by some distance 
(possibly 200 metres?).


While the 'location is not yet known' the location will be 'near' the 
community - so it will be the best indication 'we' now have.

It may be possible to use satellite imagery to get closer .. if that is 
detailed enough and the feature is different enough to be identified.
