[Tagging] Swimming pool facilities

Even if all private swimming pool facilities were tagged with
access=private, leisure=swimming_pool isn't suitable as POI, because
(1) pools of thermal baths and water parks are also tagged as
swimming_pool, (2) indoor swimming pools seem not to be tagged, and
(3) there is usually more than one pool in a swimming facility, so
name, opening hours and other information would have to be added to
every single pool, and one get multiple results per facility.

This is why I think we need a separate, dedicated tag for swimming facilities.
