It should be noted that minimum service is where they just pump the gas
(and they might wash your windows if it's slow and they're bored).  Full
service, they also check your fluids and top off what's low a discounted
rate or no extra charge.  Additionally, minimum service is cheaper than
self service, full service tends to be the same price or more expensive
than self service.
