[Tagging] How to tag combined foot-cycle lane

How to tag a combined foot and cycle lane on one side of the street?

Same question for a segregated fo a segregated foot-cycle lane with bicycle
onw-way on one side of a oneway road in the opposite direction.

This could be done with the Lanes tagging scheme, I suppose, but I would
like to avoid that level of complication
