Thus, `kerb=*` values could be replaced with:

* `mountable`: mountable for wheelchairs and vehicles
* `semi-mountable`: not mountable for wheelchairs but mountable for vehicles
* `non-mountable`: neither mountable for wheelchairs nor vehicles
