[Tagging] drinkable vs. drinking_water

Potable and drinking_water are not equal.

drinking_water=yes means I can drink water straight from the source (tap,
fountain, source) the water has been laboratory tested, so I know I can
drink it without boiling.

Potable=yes/no means that water in any case should be boiled before
consumption (raw water) because it has not been tested in the laboratory.
That's the law.

amenity=drinking_water it contains in itself the tag Potable=yes / no (no
need to add it)

amenity=drinking_water is antonyms for waste water/sewage
