[Tagging] drinkable vs. drinking_water

maybe it's time to split tag and render in 2

what the objet look like : fountain, tap, trough, pipe, well
that can tag using existing amenity or man_made key.
the render already have a icon for some of them.

the quality of the water
blue if unknown, green if it's drinkable, red if it's not drinkable.

I do not, however, see how it is easy to include water_point in this 
schema. Some people think it means faster flow, others think it means a 
space to put in a tank, others think (imho wrongly) that it means you 
can connect a hose to feed a caravan or a garden.
this information might be better in separate tags (water_flow, space 
available for recipient, couplings:type)
