If you go a bit further up the Street, which changes to a different view
(from Oct 2014 to July 2017), it looks like it may be a car park?

The silver car is certainly parked there, apparently for sale, & there are
lot's of wheel tracks in the gravel.

Also appears that the "shop" (or whatever IPAC was?) has now closed down?
