wikidata is probably ok as a further external reference, but IMHO we shouldn’t use it as the only way to say what something is, or what its specifics are, if these are interesting for OSM as well (wikidata collects a lot of information in more detail than we do, and I’m of course not suggesting we should replicate everything).
