it what you meant?) are considered pedestrians, i.e. with foot=yes they are
forbidden as well. "ski" and "ice_skates" as well as all other kind of
winter sports, are for example forbidden in general on German roads, unless
exceptionally allowed (and I bet elsewhere the situation will often be
similar), §87StVO. Remain horses. Just add them, if needed, horse=no and
you're done.
