[Tagging] tagging of one-way cycle lanes

Nope. In fact, no matter if you specify lanes=2 or lanes=4, it will show the cycle lane the same way as full size car lanes in its lane guidance. I assume that it ignores the lanes tag completely the moment it sees any *:lanes tags.
