[Tagging] 3d-tagging

Hello,

This one is the common way to do 3D tagging on OSM :
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Simple_3D_Buildings

It is already used by several renderers (F4Map, OSM2World...), all 
supported software is listed in the page.
