well there is for example Europol which is a self described law enforcement agency of the EU. And there are „missions“ with a joint command: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_military_and_civilian_missions_of_the_European_Union#List
These are minor numbers compared to the national forces in the member states, but there is more than „nothing“.
