[Tagging] Maxtents=<number> or capacity:tents=<number> for campsites?

OK, so there were 2 people in favor of capacity:tents=<number> (+
tents=yes/no) and 2 in favor of using tents=yes/<number> alone. Any
other thoughts on this?
