Given the weather here at the moment "park and pool" would imply parking the car and going for a swim in a pool, very pleasant.

In the interests of not abbreviating "park and carpool" would be better.

However...

These are car parking spaces. Those already have existing tags.
The only complication is that these particular spaces have access rights for carpooling.
So tag the access!
