[Tagging] Business names in capital letters

How people are referring to this one?

Are they also using capitalized form?
In case of signs using capital letters
but people in real use (outside ads and
official documents) use it without
capital letters I would treat it as a font choice
and use name=Pacific

In case of mixed use I would go with form
used on signs.
